The motor home up for bid is a 2005 Coachmen Freedom model FR289QB. The whole coach is in like new condition throughout. As of this writing, it has only 8,257 original miles, it looks sharp and the interior extra clean. I have put some miles on this one, it drives excellent, super easy to handle and very quiet at highway speeds. All the gauges, light, turn singles, dash a/c have been checked and are working. It hasn't been smoked in, and the previous owner did not have pets.
The Coachman is equipped with a dependable 8 cylinder 6.0 liter Chevy engine and 4 speed automatic transmission. It is very easy to drive and park. Even though this model does not have a slideout, the inside has plenty of room and can sleep 8 persons and seats seven with safety belts.
At 100" in width the Coachman is considered a wide body coach. Floor to ceiling height is 80".
From any angle the Coachmen is a beauty.
Driver friendly instrumentation!! Cruise control and dash a/c too. You can also cool the Coachman by running the generator and using the 13,500 btu roof a/c....even while driving.
Less than 8,300 original miles!!
Dual trip odometers.
From the center of the coach looking forward and to the rear.
Great bench style dinette that seat four.
There are also seat belts for two....
And it easily converts into a sleeper for two.
Another three sets of seat belts on the sofa...believe me the sixth strap is there.
Just lift and pull forward and the sofa makes a comfortable bed for two.
Step saver kitchen.
Originally, from the factory the microwave was mounted below the cook top. The previous owner removed a cabinet door and moved the microwave to the upper cabinet. The spot that was left from the microwave, 2 drawers were added. Also the spot you see on the center picture is in the photo, not the wood.
Double door, 2-way gas and electric Norcold refrigerator.
Very comfortable queen size island bed.
Lots of cabinet and hang up space.
The Coachman has what is call a split bath. Toilet and sink behind one door and shower on the other side of the hall. This concept is great, because someone can privately use the sink area, yet it still allows one to walk from the front back to the bedroom. Privacy doors also allow you connect both the sink and the shower areas.
Spacious shower stall.
THE REST OF THE INTERIOR
Passenger's seat with lots of leg room.
The air bag can be turned off for younger passengers. There is also a brake controller if you need to tow something with electric brakes.
This overhead bed is 96" x 54"...great for those camper extra tall.
Lots of upper cabinet space.
13,500 BTU Duo Therm roof a/c to keep you cool.
There is a place to put your TV in the bedroom. All the windows have these easy to operate pull down shades in excellent condition.
The Coachmen is equipped with a Winegard power boosted TV antenna.
THE REST OF THE EXTERIOR
14' A&E awning for those sunny days.
Smooth, quite power delivered by the GM 6.0L V8.
Now that's some trunks space!!!
I know the trunk is big, but you're not serious...this is my room.
Serious exterior storage.
Screen door.
4.0 Generac generator with less 7 hours.
Electronic pilot propane water heater and furnace.
The steel belted tires are like new with no side wall damage or cracking.
The spare has never been on the ground.
Roof is in excellent condition and all vents are covered by Max Air vent covers.
Heavy duty side mirrors.
Deep cycle house battery and 15 gallon propane tank.
30 amp, 25' power cord with 30amp to 15amp adapter.
Please note: even though the label shows an October 2004 date the year model of this motor home is 2005.
Weight label.
Date sheet.
Manuals and 2 sets of keys...one set not shown.
The Front.
PLEASE TAKE A FEW MINUTES TO SHOP THIS COACH ON THE INTERNET....IT'S HARD TO FIND ONE FOR LESS MONEY!!!
The End...well almost...

FYI
Before I list the options and features, please let me add that if you are considering the purchase of this or any motor home and you’re the average American who works hard for their money…. remember, RV’s never appreciate in value. Doesn’t mean you can’t sell one for more than you paid for it. But as a rule of thumb, their value is constantly falling. NADA Book comes out 3 times a year and very rarely does an RV ever go up in value and the newer they are the faster the values falls. In my opinion, this means the less you spend, the happier you’ll be!
When new, the original owner spent over $50,000 for this coach. By 2005 the Rialta was over $65,000. It has now depreciated about 65% of it’s original value in 11 years….and that hurts. But on the bright side, it now can be owned and driven with less depreciation.
This Rialta is extra clean inside and out, non-smoking, no pets, hasn’t been used as a full time live aboard. You won't find a nicer coach for the money!!!! Once again we will not hesitate for third party inspections at the buyers expense.
The exterior is in great condition for it's age and the whole coach has been hand waxed and detailed. As with all our motor homes, the roof has been checked and sealed for leaks. Please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns.

CONDITION REPORT
I buy and inspect 100's of motor homes a year and feel I have a very realistic idea of what is good condition and what is not. The Coachman with only 8,300 original miles, has been well maintained and not abused. It's extra clean inside and out, with no funny interior odors. All appliances are clean and in working order. As I stated before...the running condition is just like new.
What isn't just right???
1. By the driver's door there are 4 small patches of rust. I feel it is nothing to be concerned about at the present. I have seen this problem on others in the same location and seems to be an inherent problem. This motor home has always been registered in the state of California and the under carriage is basically rust free.
2. While preparing the Rialta for sale, I notice the exterior part of the 2 piece skylight had some cracks. This is also an inherent problem I have found with the older Rialtas. The exterior dome was removed, replaced with a new one and resealed....problem solved.
Other than that, EVERYTHING WORKS!!! In other words...It's ready to camp. Please keep in mind, like every other 11 year old motor home the Rialta is not flawless, but it is more than respectable...and for the reserve price we have set, it's a STEAL. Another thing I would like to humbly add...Even though I have been selling motor homes for almost 20 years, I am not perfect. Everyday I learn something new....so if I missed something, I will try to make it right. Once again we will not hesitate for third party inspections at the buyers expense.
HOW MUCH IS IT??
IN MY HUMBLE OPINION, THE RIALTA, IN IT'S SOLID RUNNING CONDITION AND COSMETIC CONDITION, IS WORTH AROUND $19,500.00, MAYBE MORE. WITH THAT IN MIND, WE HAVE SET THE "BUY IT NOW" PRICE AT $19,500*, AND THE RESERVE PRICE MUCH, MUCH LESS. IT IS A GREAT VALUE FOR SOME LUCKY EBAYER....DON'T LET THIS BE THE ONE THAT GOT AWAY!!!
*IF YOU ARE NOT SEEING THE "BUY IT NOW" FEATURE ON THE TITLE PAGE, THE RESERVE PRICE HAS BEEN MET AND "BUY IT NOW" PRICE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR BIDDING AND THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME TO VIEW OUR AUCTION.....RVGARY
